Dementia Care

Everything we do for dementia care clients and their families is based on empathy and sympathy. This is a critical component of our premium dementia home care service.

In Home Care

We provide in-home care 24/7. 24-hour care is provided by a professionally selected carer. This lets you live and pursue your passions. Families can relax knowing their loved one is receiving continual support.

Sleep-in care is designed for clients who need help with bedtime and morning tasks like dressing, eating, and taking medicine. Sleep-in care anticipates requirements.

Live-In Care

Provides crucial companionship and support to those in need on a full-time basis, allowing them to remain in their own homes.

Our Supported Living services

We provide supported living placements for young people aged 16 and over. Our main goal is to give our young people safe, high-quality places to live where they can learn and improve their independence skills. Supported Living helps young people make the change from living with their parents to living on their own. We give each young person a full exam to find out what they can do and give them a personal plan to help them become more independent, go to school, and reach their goals and dreams as they get ready for adult life.

Our Supported Living service helps young people who can live on their own with some help find single-occupancy or shared housing. Our Supported Living service lets young adults who are ready to live on their own with help live in a home that looks like a family.

We work with a local social landlord who rents out homes that are used as supported housing. The service users who use the services have tenancy agreements with the social landlord and pay rent to them. The social landlord is also in charge of repairs and some support functions. We use REACH Standards for assisted living to make sure that the people we help are given the tools they need to be more independent and get the best results possible.
